Do not be fooled by the nice salesperson on the other line. They'll be your best friend but they are there to suck you right into the corrupt business that is King Van Lines or otherwise known as Moving Star. Get the best price, or at least that's what it seems. Then they pick up your stuff late. That's when they own you. At this point you've lost all power in the relationship. Once they have posssesion of your belongings you won't believe the fees they start to tack on. Then they blackmail you. If you want your stuff back, you must pay or else they keep it for ransom. To be more specific as to what i mean, they destroyed close to the entire amount of furniture I had. It took just under a month to recieve my belongings and by the time they arrived I had a bill that was much greater than it was originally. Looking back I would have sooner bought everything new than have to deal with KVL. This fraudulent company is owned by a woman named "Abbey". Talk about a nasty, manipulative monster of a woman for lack of a better description. Never in my life, have I dealt with such a terribly sick and twisted individual. That is where the difficulty lies. It doesn't matter what you do, the problems start from the top and trickle down. So don't even pick up the phone and see what kind of welcome you'll recieve. I'm sure he/she on the other line will be friendly and overly generous with their discounted prices. Trust me. This is coming from a person who is not writing out of anger but out of the concern of others who might get caught in the same trap I did. Some of you who will read this review may find my words to be a tad melodramtic and maybe little over the top, but I beg you, for your own good, trust this faceless emailer and go with another company that's is more reputable.
