Although delivery was a couple of days delayed the whole move was Fabulous!!!

I was asked to post a review for King Vanlines of how my experience with them had went. They said that whatever I said would be fine just as long as I would post a review for them. I thought that was kind of weird until I actually went online and read all of the reviews that they have had by customers. Now I know how important my opinion is to the company. They said to just be honest and just do them a favor. So today I had a chance to sit down and read over everything from their past reviews and I am quite amazed at the bad reviews that I have read and also as well as the good reviews. That is when I understood that when it comes to business as I am a business woman myself that wow! you just can not please everyone! Well my main complaint is that delivery was delayed a couple of days that they had promised me which added a little bit more of difficulty with my new job, but luckily I was able to get it off dued to the fact that I work for a very cooperative company which makes the whole move much easier for me and less stressful and also dued to teh fact that I had relocate to the company after being with them for 10 years. Overall the movers were great and from the beginning I had wonderful contacts and all of my questions were answered and followed through. I did have just about two items broken but they did an excellent job. I am in the process of getting claims back from the broken items so King Vanlines does follow through with all of what they had promised me from the beginning except that the delivery was 2 days late. I am pleased with them adn tehir service and would reccommend them to friends and families dued to the fact that they were honest with me and kept in contact with me all the way through.
