Krebs moving and storage

I used Krebs Moving and Storage for a move from central PA to southern OH. They are based out of central PA. I found Krebs in the phone book. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. There were only two minor problems: 1. I was told that the movers would arrive between 8:00 and 8:30 am but they came around 9:00 am for the pick-up. This is why I marked late in the review, although this was very minor. The second minor problem was that for the drop-off, they did not call on their way, so unfortunately I was not at home. I was expecting them later (I guess they were just too efficient!) Otherwise, I had a very good experience with Krebs. My actual payment was about $150 less than what they estimated, which made me very happy! (They charge a 2% fee if you pay by credit card, which I did. Otherwise, the difference would be about $200.) They were very professional, nothing was damaged, and very honest. Very friendly, great folks. I highly recommend Krebs for your move if you are moving either to or from central PA.
If you are interested in details: Krebs picked up my belongings on one day and then held my things for that day. They came around 9:00 am. I went to my new home by myself in my car, during which time they held my things and weighed the truck for a more accurate price. They left central PA the following morning around 6:00 am. I thought they would arrive at my new home around 3:00 pm but they came around 12:45pm, which explains why I was not home. My husband and I did all the packing ourselves and labeled all the boxes ourselves, so this made the move easier (and cheaper too!). This was a move from a second-floor, two-bedroom apartment (with a storage closet) to a second-floor, two-bedroom apartment. Krebs just hauled our stuff away! At the new home, they set the boxes down in the place that I wanted them to go.
I'm so happy I called them and I suggest you do too!
