Used them to move from LA to DC. They kept on mentioning how they have an A rating with the BBB, but I can't understand how. They were accommodating and responsive BEFORE I put in my deposit, but things changed drastically after. This is what I experienced, and I am trying to stick just to the facts: the driver arrived 1.5-2 hours late for pick up. He said his truck broke down but he didn't even call me to let me know. I had to track him down through dispatch. He tried to make it up to me by telling me to purchase a mattress cover from UHaul for $5 instead of going through him for $30. Even though my contract stated they would pack up my TV he tried to charge me for it, and then acted like he was doing me a favor by not. They had a complete release of liability for pressboard (Ikea) furniture which they never mentioned before. He really smelled (sorry but true) - like he rolled out of bed. He told me a sob story about not seeing his family so I felt sorry for him. He asked me to fill out a review of him, and stood right over me as I filled it out. One of the questions asked about professionalism, needless to say I didn't feel comfortable writing down the truth. He missed numbering one of my boxes. They didn't pad my file cabinet and it was banged up badly. The delivery was significantly better, but still had issues: They said that the sofa couldn't fit in the elevator and wanted to charge me extra for carrying it, but it did fit. They didn't do any prep work ascertaining the parking situation. They re-built my bookcase with one piece upside down. I don't have the tools on me to rebuild it. They lost the cap/foot to one of my table legs. I packed everything myself so there weren't any major damage. But I shudder to think what would have happened if they packed it. I would NOT recommend them. I have e-mailed Vincent to see how I go about getting a claim and hopefully he will respond. After reading all the testimonials on their website I was hoping I would have one of those AMAZING experiences where they would be proactive, professional, and responsible, and THEY WERE NOT.
