I have never used professional movers before. Always did it myself. I wasn't up for it this time and after the fantastic experience I had with Lightning Van Lines, NEVER will do it myself AGAIN! They offered me a free in home estimate so I figured, why not? They came out on the date we set and the guy they sent answered all my questions and then some. I felt really good with my decision when he left.
Move Day: The crew arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time and got right to work. They all seemed friendly and quick!(considering they were charging me by the hour, I was glad they were quick) They brought in all kinds of packing materials and packed up EVERYTHING! I mean everything. I didn't have to do a thing. It was GREAT! They loaded my things into the truck and drove to my new house. They carefully unloaded my things and brought them inside. They put the boxes in the designated rooms, unpacked them all, and put the stuff anywhere I wanted.(even the dishes in the cupboard) When everything was unpacked, they cleaned up, and took all the materials they used away with them. Talk about a stress free move. I don't plan to move again but if I do I will definitely use Lightning Van Lines.......just knowing I didn't have to do anything made me a better person to be around. My friends and family thank you. I recommend Lightning Van Lines to anyone that is moving!
