I would give them full marks. Lightning Van Lines is fantastic. My mother signed a contract that included the delivery time and they were very punctual about it. They kept their words. During the move they constantly kept us calling and updating about the move. The time frame provided by them was 7 to 14 days but we received the items on the 8th day. They answers the phone very patiently and are very polite. I would always use Lightning Van Lines-
