Overall Laser International did what they were supposed to do. Our things were packed and shipped overseas in the time frame that they specified for us. The problem that we had with them was the customer service we received and our interactions with our account manager Sam Bassin. Avoid working with Sam Bassin at all costs! He is unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. I would love to give this company a great rating since some of the employees (particularly those who came to pack and load our things) were great, but because of our negative experience with Sam Bassin I would never use this company again. By the way, our move was overseas to Israel but I could not indicate that above.
