Do NOT use this company!!!! We shopped around and they made promises such as they will pack and unpack and disassemble and reassemble and it was all a SCAM!!! They said that to get the job but now we are going into litigation because made use sign documents which are against federal law. The federal law TITLE 49 — TRANSPORTATION [ 49 CFR ] PART 375 — TRANSPORTATION OF HOUSEHOLD GOODS IN INTERSTATE COMMERCE; CONSUMER PROTECTION REGULATIONS [ 49 CFR 375 ] G & H states that if there are damages it must be settled at the time of delivery, and this was not done! They held our shipment hostage and stated that we had to put in a claim. This is against the federal law!! They picked up our items on a Friday and didn't arrive until 9pm Sunday? This was a 7-8 hour drive! They dumped everything in the house did not assemble ANYTHING!!! They did not unpack anything!! They quoted us 3500 and the demanded 8000 after they left with our things on the truck!!!! Multiple items were damaged!! We offered to give them 4000 of the 5600 balance in case of damages and they threatened they would put our stuff in storage. They damaged walls, floors ceilings (posted online via YouTube.) said it was fed law for us to pay entire balance before delivery!
Now we are to going to go threw legal means. Stay far from this company-not worth the headaches!! Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with people who lowball and then never keep their contractual agreements!! And make you sign something they know are against the federal laws!!!
