I would have rated LifeWay a 5 out of 5 back in early March after I had used them for our 4th move through friends and co-workers (they moved our office years ago and we liked them so much that became our company's go-to moving company) but during my apartment move they ACCIDENTALLY broke my glass coffee table. I was alright with the accident and relieved that the mover wasn't hurt when a tie-down snapped at him. I was immediately promised I would be compensated for the table with a replacement or cash. Since it was part of a unique set, I just opted for the cash and was told a check would be delivered the following week. That's when everything turned sour…
Jaconah, who is always a pleasure to talk to, promised a few times to deliver the check to my office, then never showed. Since March 3rd (over 5.5 months ago) he hasn't come through with a simple $100 reimbursement check for the table. I have left over 15 messages for him without any responses now.
It's very unfortunate, but I can't recommend LifeWay Moving to anyone anymore, not only because of my missing funds but the fact that if I wanted to tell them about another job he wouldn't return my call!!!
