Returned their call regarding a moving quote. Amanda hung up on me twice and told me to go with another moving company if I didn't like the way they operate. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said he was "at lunch" but that if he were there "he would hang up the phone on you too". It is concerning they feel this is an appropriate way to treat customers.
