They keep lying to me. Everything was late.
Pick up was late for three hours. Delivery, omg, was horrible. They were unable to find a truck after four days. Then, the delivery was 24 hours later than the manager promised. The manager never answers emails. The phone call can rarely reach her. Even when I fortunately reached Paula, she kicked me away and promised to call back within the same day - which of course never happened.
I have a trip upcoming at 3am. Then they said they would deliver at 9pm the day before. Thank you!!!
