Do not use this company. Many of my items were damaged and missing. Ross seldom returns phone calls and never follows up on his promises. I am still waiting for the inventory sheet and weight tickets so that I can file a claim. The drivers and movers speak very little English and hard to communicate with. They do not care about your items or you as a customer.
