This company( Reliable Low Cost Moving, Inc.) not only failed to complete the job they were hired for, but did not even attempt it. I was to fly into Houston, TX for one day,( Friday Apr.13.2012) to supervise their pickup of my furniture and fly back to New York to await their arrival. This company failed to show up on Friday Apr.13 and Saturday, Apr 14 furthermore rejected ALL of my phone calls for a time period of no less than 3 days. Their negligent performance or lack thereof cost me both my time and money as I had to cancel my flight and reschedule another, pay for a rental truck and storage facility to keep my furniture in, as well as time missed at work. They called me back after 3 days offering to do the move at a different time, with no intention of any sort of reparations or compensation. It is my intention to report their negligence and HORRIBLE customer support to the public so nobody else can be forced into a costly situation both financially and emotionally at the hands of this company!
