Hiring the has been the biggest mistake I have ever done, they have lied to me since day one. When I contacted them Emma the sales representative forgot to mention that following things
1) That the one-week delivery time she gave me was a rough estimate and that they have up to 21 business days to deliver.
2) That they will charge me 80 dollars to repack my TV.
3) Liquids are not allowed, hence I had to leave behind more than $200 worh in alcohol.
4) That her estimate was very rough, it went for 1200 to 1745 dollars. They claim they charge 60 cents/extra pound, however they do not weight the things in front of you, they do it somewhere else where you can't check they are doing it right.
I hired them a month in advance from my moving day (June 28th) so they had enough time to figure out things, however two weeks after the pick up date I spoke with the costumer representative (Michelle J) and it was until that point that she told me I was going to take a month because they had some "problems".
I have asked Michelle at least three time to ask the Manager and the owner to give me call, and during these three weeks I have been talking to her neither the Manager not the Owner contacted me. Today (July 12th)I got to talk to the Manager and he told me he was kind of aware of my situation, he had a file about it but have not had time to go over it. It looks like he is too busy to deal with an angry and dissatisfied costumer. I guess that in this company the costumer is not important.
They hide all their fees, they are not honest about how their business work and have no interest at all engange with the costumes and solve their problems.
If you want a reliable moving company stay away from Low Cost Moving they are pathological líers.
