They showed (late) with a truck that was too small. They said they would pick up the remaining load soon thereafter. It took 8 weeks of calling them (and no return calls) to finally schedule another truck. Again, the truck was too small for the remaining items. Blamed us for the miscommunication and accused us of "lying" and trying to "cheat them." They again took some of the items but wanted us to pay for the remaining items.
We don't mind paying what's fair but they kept blaming us for their mistakes and wanting us to pay for them. They seem to want to take advantage of you when you are in the middle of the move. I would SERIOUSLY avoid these folks unless you like to gamble.
