Missing boxes and broken items

I want to start by saying that my initial mtg w/this Co was great, however I was not informed that a secondary company would be delivering my household. I think I would have not chosen Manchester had I been aware of this. First problem was that I was told my things would be here on Sat or Sun which was perfect I wouldn't have to take off from work. Then it was Mon, Tues and finally it arrived on Wed. I had to take a day off from my new job. Then once they started bringing things in and unwrapping them the packers had actually taped directly to the furniture, so of course the paint came off the furniture, then one of the pictures that were just wrapped in a blanket was shattered. Once I started checking boxes there are two missing and another that had been opened and retaped from this box a Nintendo DS and approx 10 games are missing but they did leave me the case and charger. Grrrrrr. Of the two missing boxes one contained my jewlery box luckily I traveled with the most important pieces. It's just the principal for me. I have been told by Mike at Manchester that I have to call the driver from the other Co. So basically I have gotten no where in getting compinsation for my stolen DS or my missing boxes. Not even a followup call regarding my complaints I will never use these people again. And I would never recommend them to anyone.
