From the time of my quote to pick up and delivery they did not call as they said they would. The day of pick up they dismantled all of my furniture and taped the parts to the items, I was told they would hand those to me. Everything I was told changed on the day of pick to a different story. They never told me my delivery date was not possible for them. They said it could take up to 14 days. Then said there would be a supervisor at the delivery plus 3 to 4 guys. Ten days later I arrive in NC to find out my stuff is still in LA and will not be leaving for another 4 days. I slept on the floor for 10 days. On the day of delivery, 20 days later, they could not find my place and the driver could follow directions and could care less. They arrive at 7 PM, 2 guys to move a truck load of heavy furniture, they did not finish until 2:30 AM. Just about everything was already damaged or was damaged bringing it in, including my walls. They lost most of the parts to put things back together and had to be told that they have to. At 2:30 AM one of the guys laid down on my floor and went to sleep, like he was going to spend the night or something. During my unpacking of boxes I filled other boxes to be thrown out full of damaged items, some very expensive items. They lied and lied. The drivers told me they don't give them enough money to buy gas and have to stop to have money wired to them and did not want to pay for more people to move me in. I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN!!!!
