For me it was simple. I wanted a company to show up on time, charge the amount agreed in advance, make the delivery between the dates agreed and without destroying my property. I got all of that and therefore can't complain. I had good experience and i believe other will too. word of advise- have to movers come to the house prior to move date so you can meet the mover and get a set price. Sam
