You know how long I have been waiting to write something here?
I could not write things I wanted to say because they hostaged my belongings.
Since they had my householdgoods, they were rude, irresponsible, ridiculous, nonsense, dishonest and so on but I did not lose my temper while dealing with them. Thank God for my patience.
I have never been stressed over relocation arrangement.
That's because military contractors did everything for us before without these hassels.
It was a good opportunity for me to learn about the laws and regulations relating movers.
Please don't let them abuse you or threaten you because they will use your household goods to control every single situation.
I would not recommend you use this company but if you already did, do what they ask you to do and then file a complaint or sue them.
Collect documents....don't believe what they say to you verbally. You must document every single conversation you have with them.
Ask everything in writing...before you decide to use this company.
They will change terms and conditions holding your stuff hostage.
So don't put yourself in misery. They also subcontract a black listed company to deliver your stuff without notifying you in a timely manner. (state to state)
