Dear All, I was glad to see these reviews...I only wished that I had seen them before I moved with this company. The move started out great despite them being an hour late. They mentioned that they did not have my apartment number and the truck was having issues. They called me on the mobile and I guided them to the apartment. Additionally, the technician came out and fixed the truck on site. After this I found myself having to keep on top of them to ensure that the move did not go longer than needed. Once I got to the new apartment I made the mistake of trusting the foreman to oversee the unload and went to sign my lease with the management. When I returned the move was complete. I even tipped the team $110 on top of the total bill. Now the problems. First, the contract called for a $100 discount. I assumed this was taken out at the time of the payout and the price quoted me reflected that...no...I had to badger the company to return my $100 that overpaid. It took 2 months but I finally got it. The big issue for me was that they stole several items...3 (brand new with tags) NY Giant Superbowl jersey's (Manning, Burress, and Strahan), my NY Giant Superbowl cap, a leather file folder (with my lease in it...the agent had to type a new one up), and a brand new bottle of men's cologne (Chrome). I didn't discover these missing items until the next day when I started unpacking. I went back and forth with the company for weeks. Finally, I reported them to the local Attorney General and the BBB. First, they said nothing happened, then they tried to offer me $25.00, then they said go to the insurance company and get 60 cents per pound (try buying an Eli Manning Jersey for $1.20), then they told me they fired the team, then I just read in their response to the Attorney General that I might be making it all up. Folks, I just repurchased 3 jersey’s at $79.00 each, and a hat for $30…I am a student and don’t have it to waste but I wanted to simply make a statement they lied to me, the attorney general, and will lie to you as well. It goes without saying I'll never use them again...I am going to hope this deters some unsuspecting soul from falling trap to them. I should have taken it as a bad sign when the person that processed my contract quit the very next day...Something said run and I didn't...Move on to another company!
