Master Movers is a shady company

After initially having a nice conversation and receiving a great quote from Master Movers, I thought, wow this is too good to be true. A local (Indianapolis) company would know how to treat me and all of my worldly possessions correctly. I guess I was a bit wrong. Though the pick-up of items went quite smoothly (I think--I wasn't there, my mother-in-law was), the fun quickly came to an end. The dispatcher "Joe" told me that they would make the delivery in around 5 days. I was very happy about that. Even though the contract said 5-15 days, I thought wow, they will err on the fast side. This is great. I wrote a few emails to "Tonya" who was so nice to me on the phone. But for some reason she stopped answering them (I found out a week later she had left the company). I called the phones but no one called me back. Finally after about 10 days, I called "Joe" and he said that the stuff was still in Indiana and he would have someone there that weekend to pick it up. So now we reach Monday July 16th (My stuff was initially picked up June 27). Joe had told me that the truck would be there over the weekend (July 14-15). No phone call from them, but I call a few times and finally I get Joe on the phone again who says that the stuff will be picked up on Wednesday. I say to Joe, that is after the contracted time is up, he just seems to ignore me. So I try my best to get a discount and I actually get the president of the company "Benjamin" to call me back after leaving a few messages. He tells me I still have to pay the full balance when the driver gets here and I can try to get money back later. Did I mention that my full balance was 1.75x the original estimate? After 20 min of going nowhere, I am tired and get off the phone. I start thinking to myself...I shouldn't have to hold up my end of the contract if they don't hold up theirs...so Thursday morning I call back. No answer. I write back. No reply. Same thing Thursday afternoon. Same thing all day Friday. Benjamin's personal line goes straight to phone mail. I call the main line and the only way I get someone to pick up is if I hit "1" to get a quote or schedule a move. I talk to someone on that line who assures me Benjamin is in the office and has been there and that he will call me back. Nothing.. Nothing.. So I call Benjamin's home line. I talk to his very nice wife. She gets him to call me back within 2 min. I guess they don't like to take work home with them. Anyways, I talk with him. End up still agreeing to pay him the money because he is so stubborn. He assures me I will get a discount...I guess I will see. My stuff arrives Saturday night (what a great time to move!). My two most expensive pieces of furniture are broken. A desk was busted because the movers didn't take any time to take the legs off of them like they should have. Oh on top of this all. Their website doesn't work in firefox and their user survey returned back an error for some reason when I filled it out as poor. And this is really only half the story... The moral is. Please don't use this company and advise your friends and neighbors the same. Thanks!
