This was not written by me. Notice that all reviews are posted 3 per day, EVERY day. This is a fake review system where there is automated reviews. Notice how all reviews have the same format, which is a huge red flag as well. As for my story...
I contacted them, they called back with a quote...told me that my items would be picked up and delivered same day since they had a truck in that area. Three payments, one non refundable to reserve the truck and two more upon pickup then delivery. They promised the world to get my credit card. They made me sign an agreement before I actually received receipt confirmation. Again, I was fooled by the strong reviews. Once they got my money, I NEVER heard from them. Called and called and called...I was spun like a top. "Talk to this person in operations, talk to that person". In some cases, they would just hang up the phone. Also, ALL contact info on the paypal receipt is fake - fake email and fake phone number. The night before my pickup, I was told that I would get a call from the driver. Never happened. I got a call at 1030pm saying my move was delayed because of "weather". I asked what weather, since it was sunny and 50 degrees for the days leading up to my move. They just said "up north". So the driver was going to drive 13 hours through the night from NJ to pick up my things, then deliver them same day? I was then told that the items would not be picked up until 2 days late than the 48 hour window, and NOT delivered until a week after. Again, assuming the driver ACTUALLY came, which he didn't. I started compiling evidence for my case against their business activities. Call them, ask what company they work for...they will usually either hang up or be EXTREMELY rude. Also, reference their "sister" company...same address, different phone number. When I accused them of this, they immediately changed the address on the website to a unidentifiable location in Bronx NY.
I HOPE YOU TAKE THIS REVIEW, AND NEVER LET THEM SCAM YOU. LIKELY THEY WILL JUST INCORPORATE SOMEWHERE NEW (COMPANY WAS "INCORPORATED" IN 2014) AND TAKE MORE MONEY FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE...I HOPE THIS REVIEW AT LEAST LIMITS A FEW.
I SENT AN EMAIL CANCELLING MY MOVE AND A FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL. WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, AND INSULTED ME BEFORE HANGING UP. I HAVE SINCE RECEIVED AT LEAST 3 PHONE CALLS PER DAY ASKING IF "THEY COULD INTEREST ME IN A MOVING QUOTE".
