This company is one of the best by far. I hired Merit instead of any of the other company that called for the simple fact that these people know what they are doing and they do it well. The office reps I have spoken with are very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt that all the other companies I spoke with were only trying to tell me what i want to hear just to gain my business. Merit did not rush me or made me feel pressured. They did not promise any thing that was not going to happen. They explained everything to me and they made my stress level go down. My move went great. I was very very happy with the service, price, crew that moved me, office reps, and delivery. There is nothing I can complain about because these people went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for such a great service and for having morals. Not many movers out there go that extra step to guarantee customer satisfaction and Merit definitely did. I recommend Merit for every one looking for a great mover. Thank you again.
