I decided to hire a moving company to move me from Boston, MA to Sarasota, FL. I figured that it would be much cheaper to hire someone, rather than to drive a uhaul all the way down (especially with these insane gas prices). Boy was I right! I was quoted a price of $900.00 to move the belongings in my studio apartment, and I wasn't charged a penny more. I stayed within my quote. The crew that they sent me was great. They worked hard and were also very nice. The icing on the cake was that they didn't just make me feel like another customer, but more like a part of their family! They followed up with me even after my belongings were delivered, to see how everything was going in my new residence. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is moving. Merit van lines is the best.
