Damaged Door While moving

Couple of things:
They do not let you witness weighing, so you have to blindly believe them, and later if you are not happy they tell they will not reweigh and if you tell you have to do, they tell they will charge you for multiple things and also lot of hassel, so not very reliable. Very good in the beginning.
Further while moving they damaged the door, initially before signing the contract i had asked them if anything is damaged during moving what will happen, they told every thing is covered i had asked also if door or walls are damaged they told it will be taken care and they will fix it. Now when i sent for claim they right back telling that we do not cover anything in the house like walls, celing etc., basically what they say is not trust worthy. I ended up paying for the replacement of door.
I would not encourage anyone to go with them. Initially after talking to them i was so impressed later very disappointed.
