Extremely overpriced

I checked with the BBB and saw that All My Sons had a good record with them, after calling around and checking on prices with 4 other movers I settled on All My Sons based on their estimate of the move, which was $1,000. Big Mistake!!!
We packed and moved most of our personal belongings ourselves leaving mainly furniture in the house. Granted we were having our items stored so they needed to be wrapped but the 3 men who arrived made sure that one of them stood around and watched while the other 2 set about wrapping, it was incredibly frustrating to watch. It took 2 men to wrap a small ottoman! After 10 hours at our home we were given our bill which came out to $3,000,3 times the estimate AND they said it would take an hour and a half to return to the storage facility which is 14 miles from our house in an area I frequent and know takes no more than 30 minutes to drive. Their total came out to 14 hours for the move! Unbelievable.
I asked to speak with the supervisor and proceeded to explain how I watched one of the men sit in the cab of the truck for 45 minutes and how 1 man was constantly standing around watching the other 2 wrap items all day long. He offered to take off 2 hours of their rate, which I did think was fair, BUT then said it would take double the amount of storage units we were quoted. We were quoted 4 to 5 and it ended with them saying we needed 14, needless to say it was increibly ridiculous that we would need 14 vaults.
We had friends move the exact same day and they paid less than half of our total, I would never,ever use these movers again and would recommend to anyone I know to avoid them also.
