Extremely poor lack of communication from Metro Van Lines in reference to the appropriate information for their moving services time and dates. After much advanced notification (July 15th) of my moving date for pick up Aug. 30th and delivery for Sept. 2nd there seemed no issues from anyone at Metro. It wasn’t until Sept. 1st that I had to call in to assure my delivery. At this time, the manager Dov had told me I could expect delivery no later then Wends. Sept. 7th. It wasn’t until Sept. 7th when I had to call again to find out that my delivery has been delayed and they do not know when I can expect my belongings. I escalated my concerns with Goldy Levy and she promised better communication and professionalism. It wasn’t until the following week when I had to call again and finally get a soft date. The driver called me with 12 hours notice during a workweek for delivery. I was not told about having the remaining balance due in cash or money order. I could go on and on about the way their staff treaded me and the consistent mis-communication but I’m limited to characters.
