I have never dealt with a company sooo unprofessional! The estimate was for 3 people small studio, across the river in DC. They were late, only 2 guys worked the entire day. The 3rd guy was on the phone back to HQ trying to figure out what additional things that they could charge me for. Of course with 2 guys working it took longer. After they loaded the truck they disappeared for 2 hours while I waited for them at the other location! Of course they had no problem adding these hours to my bill! They broke my favorite table, chipped a lacquer desk - cannot repair, dented a bench and sliced an excercise ball. At the end of the day the forman told the guys working - we don't have time to put the bed and table back together....But one guy felt sorry for me - so, I HELPED HIM PUT IT BACK TOGETHER....Unbelievable. After they left, I was so upset that I called the company - response was - "well, can't do anything about that - should have called during!" And the extra charges - crazy - My next stop is the better business administration - companies like this give small business a bad name! DO NOT HIRE THEM!
