DOUBLED THE QUOTE after the truck was loaded
HELD OUR BELONGINGS HOSTAGE when I refused to pay more than the binding estimate
CREDIT CARD FRAUD. Attempted to charge my card without authorization in the amount I refused to pay
DAMAGED/DESTROYED every single item on the truck
STOLE about 20% of our belongings. I watched them load it on the truck and it didn't arrive on delivery
FORGERY. They are stating that I authorized the charge yet every time I have requested and finally demanded a copy, knowing full well that I did not authorize the charge I have been ignored and I still do not have a copy.
DELIVERY GUY WAS DRUNK and threatened to throw everything off of the truck and leave it there
14 HOURS TO UNLOAD THE TRUCK. We have a 2 bedroom condo! They went to Home Depot and brought 2 guys back to help them and it still took them 14 hours! All they did was talk on their phones, complain about the job and smoke cigarettes
I filed a claim with the insurance company and a complaint with the PUC
