I recently used this company despite the bad reviews that i read on here i wanted to take a chance on them. At the time i called and spoke with Tracey and explained that her company had gotten bad reviews she walked me through step by step of the contract and also suggested ways that i could say money on the day of my move. Not sure if she is new and does not know that she is supposed to lie like the other contact people that you have been complaining of but my move went fine. If you call ask for her and see if you get the same results....
