Metro did everything they told me they would do. I was so scared about moving away from my family and friends here to New York, but they really did help relieve some of my concerns. Giane went over an inventory list with me and told me that this quote was based on weight but that ultimately I would be billed for the actual weight of the truck. Since she made me aware of that, I made sure to be as accurate as possible with my inventory list. I did end up adding a few more boxes of things and I was over weight by 105 pounds. I only ended up paying $40 more than I was originally quoted. the feeling of knowing that youre in good hands through such a stressful time really did help me. recommended +
