DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I'am trying to make sure I get on every possible site possible this company is a rip off, they give you a low quote then shoot the cost up, they gave me a low quote in the 1100's then once they got here, they are trying to charge me over 2500 hundred dollars, the guy rode off without even giving me a copy of the contract. I thought Personal Touch Movers were moving my things, however, was I shocked to find out on the day of the move that this was completely misleading and the people from Metro Van Lines were actually the ones doing the moving, never use this company they will rip you off ! This is the worst experience that I have had ever with a company. I intend to make sure that everyone knows that they are a rip off and a scam. And good luck trying to resolve the issue over the phone, they won't help you over the phone , once they moved me they completely tried to cut me off not even returning my phone calls.
