SCAM and RIPOFF!!!!

This was the worst moving experience of my life. The staff was cooperative at initiation of the contract, but as soon as they had possession of my
things, they started disregarding the contract. They charged me the entire fee the day the movers arrived to my DC house. In the contract, I
agreed to pay half when they picked up in DC, and the remainder when it all arrived safely in AR. I was then guaranteed I would not be charged
further after they took more funds out of my bank account without permission, which was not the case. My possessions were held hostage until I
agreed to pay $502 extra that I was promised I would not have to pay. I was VIOLENTLY threatened by the dispatcher who was going to auction off
my things if we didn't pay the extra fee in cash the day my things arrived. I had to pay, so I wanted to see the ID of my driver in case he tried to
claim that I didn't pay. He refused so we had to contact the Little Rock police department who sent a patrol car to assess the situation. Upon in
depth research into this company, I have too late found out that they have ripped off MANY people and class action law suits have been filed. This company is a SCAM!!!
