I just used Mid Moving to help me with my move from Chicago to Louisville, and I had such a great experience with them that I had to sit down and write this review. They were truly impressive. My phone representative, Olivia, was a joy to work with. She was always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, making sure that every detail was taken care of, and that I felt totally comfortable with the whole process. When the day of the move came, I had to admit – I was a little overwhelmed, and wasn't quite finished packing when the movers arrived, but they came prepared with all the supplies necessary to wrap up all the rest of my stuff, so that it would all arrive intact. And, even with the extra help, I'm happy to say that the price was still reasonable. From the moment they arrived, they got straight to work, and didn't quit until the job was done.
