Seems like this company is operated by multiple vendors. The stuff was picked from NJ and sat there for multiple days. Did not reach on time as promised, no communication from their end. The drivers do multiple drops and both pickup and unloading folks ask for additional cash upfront apart from your bill.
After customer follow-up the drive states he will arrive by noon on the date of delivery and ends up coming late night around 10:30 pm. The make excuses the apartment is far, the truck cannot come in and demands for more cash or will take the goods back.
One more thing the claim service is outsourced to CSI and they take months to process your claims on damage goods and at the end offer you pennies for the worth of the damage.
