From the start, I received a phone call from them within 5 minutes of sending them an email, clarifying what I needed so they could be prepared. When they arrived on the day of the move, they shot straight to work and didn't mind that I had no clue how to disassemble my bed frame. They treated our stuff like it was precious furniture and not a crappy $35 dollar couch I'd gotten at a yard sale. Everything was transported in one trip less than I thought it would take. They didn't even mind when I decided to have them include some extra boxes in addition to the furniture. They were efficient, professional, and surprisingly spirited regardless of having multiple moves in one day! Carolyn Dobson
