Well, not sure were to begin. This company was an absolute nightmare. First, their estimate to move our 2 bedroom apartment from Connecticut to Florida went from $1,200 to $2,900. Then, while we drove ourselves to FL, we spent countless hours on the phone with their barely existant customer service, which was categorically horrendous, trying to get an actual delivery date. They kept changing the story every time, first they said we were to get our shipment in 3 days, then 8 days, then they just didn't know when, we ended up at our apartment with no furniture for over one week. On top of that, when the driver arrived to deliver he was in such a rush to leave we barely had time to inspect our stuff. We recieved damaged goods, a broken mirror worth about $350, a broken DVD player worth about $180 and a broken Pioneer amplifier worth $500. They kept telling us we were going to receive a reimbursement for the time we spent without furniture and never did. Then we notified about the damaged stuff and then they really just ignored us even more. This guy Ely kept changing the story every time. The customer service lady had no pepole skills, extremely rude. These people have absolutely no ethics. Oh, they also sent a box with all of our shoes somewehere else, it took them over a month for them to ship them to us. To this date, no reimbursement. In brief, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS ETHICS
