Please do not use this company! My husband and I moved from Boston to Milan Italy and used this company as our movers. Everything started out normally enough, but we waited 2 months after our estimated arrival date to receive our broken, damaged, furniture and boxes.
Our bookcase arrived literally in pieces. It had a bootmark on the side panel where someone had actually kicked it apart in order to fit it into god knows where.
My cherry jewelry case was completely unusable.
We were so upset. My husband's office chair arrived after 6 months after being declared missing.
Our insurace costs added to the initial price covered NOTHING. After calls and emails to both Pamela and David we never got any compensation and barely an apology.
PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!!!!!
