Hidden Charges, Items Damaged and STOLEN

Final Cost $700 over quote:
There are two different rates for your items, 1) the cheaper rate that the sales person sets based on your inventory list and what he THINKS will be your total volume and 2) a much higher rate for the amount of volume you go OVER quote. So basically he can under quote you knowing that you will go over quote, get charged more, and you won't realize it until all your items are packed into the truck.
FRAUDULENT SALES
AUSTIN our sales rep clearly stated all disposable packaging materials are included in quote as well as labor. On day of move I was presented with an itemized list of fees. Example includes: $5/ roll of tape, $25 for mattress cover, $20 for labor of packing mattress. We were charged $400 for this.
DAMAGED ITEMS
The movers dropped two dressers and broke the backing off of a desk.
STOLEN ITEMS
When the movers pick up items they keep track of your inventory with color-coded and numbered stickers. When they delivered what I believed to be my computer, it had a matching color sticker on the box. When opened the next day what I found was a pair of frames that did not even belong to me. I am also missing a bag of jewelry & mirror. A week after move my bank informed someone used my check to write $2600 of an unknown person, and I find a check book was stolen by the movers! I AM FILING A POLICE REPORT NOW.
WORST THING THROUGHOUT THIS PROCESS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL I GET ARE PROMISES OF A CALL BACK AND ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED EVEN AN APOLOGY. HORRIBLE, SHADY, DISHONEST COMPANY!
