The sales pitch "sounded" good. The quote that I was given was suppose to be a solid quote; however, when the movers arrived they did not have an accurate inventory list compared to what I provided the sales rep and the cost of the moved increased. Ok, fine, I have more that needs to be moved so I agreed to the price on site. The next problem was I was originally told the movers would pick up on a Monday; however, I received a call on Saturday to say that they would be picking up on Wednesday (which did happen). Then I was told the furniture would deliver on the following Wednesday. When I didn't receive a call on Tuesday, I called the customer service center and was now told my items would not deliver until Friday. This left my family with no furniture in our new home for five days. Whereas, if they would've pick up on time, then we would have received the items the following Monday as originally discussed (maybe). Finally, upon arrival of our items, the children's bikes were thrown off of the truck causing damaged to both of them. This incident was witnessed by both children. I have entered a claim and I'm awaiting the outcome. I am not pleased with the overall service especially once I found that the bikes had been damaged due to the poor handling by the movers.
