So many things went wrong with this move. I was giving a set price of $ 995 for the move, then they added another $400 so they can move my items within 3 days. I still thought it was a good deal since I was promised by the rep Ed they will not charge anything else.
On move day they packed our itemes when they were done they added another $300 charge for extra packing materials and also for 3 more extra boxes also tried to charge us another 10% for gas . I had to agree to all that since I needed to move. i decided to contact Ed the rep to square this matter out , but I ended up speaking to the owner of the company I think his name was Himin he was the rudest man he told me that you dealing with me now you can't speak with Ed and he will not help with the price.
Moving in day 6 days later ( not 3 days) the movers told me I needed to pay the remaining of the the balance upfront before they move our stuff inside or they will drive away within 5 minutes .
I didn't want to give them the money until after they deliver our items in the end we had to contact the police,but they had the upper hand since they have our items. We paid in full only to found out that the bed frame was completely broke, also the coffee table and a dining chair. It was just a mess how they handled our stuff after they received the money. And the worst part the movers have the nerve calling the police on us and accused me of stealing the money I gave them in the beginning of the move. It was a plain nightmare the worst move ever. So disgusting!
