I had nothing but problems from the start in using this company. I will never use them again. I felt lied to by the customer service rep Jessica. I was told on the first conversation that gas,stairs and drivers packaging of the product were all included in the price I was given. my first quote was $1,280.00. I took off a living room set and that brought the price down to $1,100.00.i talk to Jessica maybe twice a week before my move date, she never once told me about any extra charges until our last conversation, where she stated that it would be a $75 charge to bring my items to the 3rd floor. I asked for my delivery to be on a Tuesday and they showed 3 days early. once the truck was already packed with my items, i was then told the final balance would be $2009.00.i was pissed off!! I only had $1300 set aside for this move. mind you I only added 4 boxes and the drivers had to wrap my TV's and dinning room group in boxes and blankets. The wrapping materials came to about $355.00 alone. for delivery the drivers called and ask if they could deliver at 10pm because they had to get to Miami in the morning. I stated that was fine because I had work the next day also. upon delivery and they unpacked my TV's but did not remove the boxes from my home. I have opened every box labeled "glassed" and everything is broken. I have about $400 worth of glass products broken and most were gifts from my family. I am very upset and the company does not plan to reimburse me for my losses. I will never ever use this company again and I will not recommend them to anyone that ask. I was lied to on too many occasions.
