so i have a pretty interesting story. i actually placed a reservation with moving pros last month for my move. about 3 days later i got a call from another moving company who gave me “an identical quote” for $300 less. that company convinced me to call and cancel with moving pros. when i called to cancel they warned me to beware of moving brokers but i didn't think anything could go wrong. well i wish i listened. the moving company, or broker, i gave my money to gave me a 2 day pick up window. they didn't show up on either of those days. i must've called 100 times on the last day of the pick up window and no one answered. i was furious. i remembered what matt had told me and immediately called. i had to wait a few days for them to fit me in, but at least they showed up. I'm currently in the process of trying to get my money back from the first guys. moving pros was honest from the beginning. thank you
