This has happened to us before, so when I booked these movers I was very clear as to the costs... I was quoted one price plus an hour for travel, when they called to confirm the travel time doubled. When I called the company (they seem to outsource their confirmation calls) they were rude and nasty. They were not listening to what I was saying, only stating well its 2 hours, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY.
I found new moveres (two days away from moving) and called them to cancel. When I told them why the man simply responded, "ok". If my 1000 isnt good enough for them, yours wont be either.
