Incident = Confirmed a moving date for Nov 29th at 1pm via email. Called at 12:30pm on same date, was told movers were running late but are finishing up and on their way. Called at 2pm, was told that they would arrive at 4:30. I requested a call from the driver but never received one (called at 4:30 and every hour until 8pm). Finally spoke to the driver at 8:15pm, and was told that they would be arriving past my building policy for moving.
Damage Resulting = Total of 7 hours late, canceled the service. Person on the phone was completely dishonest and unprofessional. Had to miss a day of work to reschedule move with another company.
