I am so impressed by every aspect of our move handled by national moving systems. AMAZING WORK.With so many companies calling me after putting a request for a big on the internet, I was almost so fed up with the non stop phone ringing we considered doing it ourselves. The move was for my daughter, she was moving to Richmond for school. Justin was very persistent in speaking with me so I finally answered one of his calls and I am so happy I did. It was a lovely change of pace from the people calling demanding a deposit THAT DAY. I mean can you imagine? I have spoke to some of these "salesman" for less then 10 minutes and they were asking me for a thousand dollar deposit! Insane!!! Justin was very patient with me and very thorough in describing the whole process and what I could expect from them and what his crew was going to expect from me. Move day came faster than I had planned and I was so worried I wouldnt have everything packed by the time they showed up. The gentlemen who showed up were extremely courteous and helped me tie up the last few things I didnt have ready. I bought them pizza for lunch which I hope they enjoyed, and they finished soon there after. My daughter said all of her goods arrived safely and in good condition, and they even put her ikea wall unit back together for her !! We are planning on moving to charlotsville soon, and I definitely know who I will be calling. Thanks so much guys!!
