Dealing with National Relocation Services also known as United National Moving and Storage has been a nightmare that is still going on. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the US Department of Transportation National Consumer Complaint Database regarding my experience with this moving company. It is understandable that after an interstate move the customer might lose a few items and suffer some damage. However it is inconceivable that after paying $1000.00 dollar for dollar insurance coverage for my move from Maryland to Florida I sustained $2500.00 in damaged and lost household items. Also the movers caused $1400.00 in damage to the rental home in Maryland which is not covered by the so called insurance policy. To make matters worse I had to pay an additional charge of $600 over and move my guaranteed moving price and in the end the insurance coverage was controlled and denied by the moving company.
