I had a great time and really enjoyed my move for the first time ever. Everyone I spoke with and dealt with were very friendly and made my move very enjoyable. The movers always arrived with smiles on and were ready to work. They wrapped my things up in no time and everything arrived in perfect condition. Anything that they took apart they put back together and never once did I hear them complain or rant and rave about the workload. The movers and customer service were always in constant communication with me letting me know of any and all updates that happened while my things were in route. And let me just add that when it came to the wrapping of my things, they did a wonderful job!! I asked for a basic wrap which meant they wrapped the major items for protection. At first I thought they would use one blanket and try to get it around my things but I was actually impressed! They used three blankets just on my chest of drawers and not only that but they added bubble wrapped and taped everything up very tightly. After seeing that I knew my things were not going to break even if it fell…. Lol. Another favorite part was how they treated my things at the time of delivery. They made sure to place all items in which ever room I asked them to. And they proceeded to unwrap and reassemble the items that they disassembled. They basically put the house in order for me. I even asked them to stay for dinner but they were behind schedule because they took their time at my place! So I just gave them a couple to go plates and they were on their way. It was such a great experience and I really hope that by reading this someone who is going to be moving has a great experience as well!!
