I have to say that the young man, Michael we spoke with was fantastic. He answered all of our questions and was very personable. An excellent representative for your company. I like the idea that I knew what the costs would be to move and there were no hidden surprise fees.
The two men who moved us did a phenomenal job. We moved from a condo with high ceilings and a freight elevator to a much older condo on the beach in Florida XXXno freight elevator and low ceilings. How they managed to get some of our very large pieces is beyond me and they did it ever so carefully and not a word of complaint. Everything arrived and there was no damage. Because our new condo is an older condo, they had to park at the road and bring everything down a very steep driveway. They did it. They didn't complain. It was a rough move for them. These two men are exceptional. I don't know how you attract such great people, but you have. I have to say that I am not fond of moving and have had to do so because of my husband's employment. We are now 66 and 70 yrs old XXXa crazy time to be moving, but National Relocation Van Lines made our move so much easier. These two men were so gracious and helpful. They made our move a wonderful one. When I look out my front window the beach, I cannot help but think of these two men and how great they were and I can't help but be thankful that we used National Relocation van Lines for this move.
