The sales person Michael Alexander gave us a wrong quote to get our business. Quoted us $2295.50 and after everything was loaded the driver said we owed them $5349.75. Called Michael, never returned our calls. Spoke to Phyllis, she took our info and never returned our calls after several attempts. Spoke to a gentleman named Eric (I think) , he preceded to tell me it was my fault, called me stupid, and hung up on me right before he said it wasn't his problem. The driver said he would ser me Wednesday,July 9, they didn't show up until July 16 and an hour late.Do trust this company.
